Volunteers are critical to United Way. Each year, tens of thousands of people from all walks of life give generously
of their time to help raise funds, participate on Boards and Campaign Cabinets, determine how best to invest in
communities, take part in events and support United Ways – with their knowledge and expertise. The benefits of
volunteering are many and include: making a difference in someone’s life, sharing your skills, talents and time,
helping others, making new friends, gaining experience, etc. Contact your local United Way and become a volunteer

Hurricane Home Games for the 2011/2012 Season.
Partnering with the Lethbridge Hurricanes, United Way is
selling programs and raffle tickets to win a Hurricanes Game Jersey.
To make this a successful fundraiser we need 6 volunteers at every
